GOOLTECH Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GOOLTECH platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Services") operated by GOOLTECH (Pty) Ltd ("GOOLTECH", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 or have authority to bind your business.

GOOLTECH provides digital agency services and a platform to request, preview, purchase, manage, and support those services. Specific delivery terms are set out in our Terms & Conditions, which form part of these Terms.

Where offered, previews are provided for evaluation only, remain our property until paid for in full, and may be watermarked. Attempting to remove watermarks, copy, or deploy a preview without payment is prohibited.

Fees, deposits, and recurring charges are as quoted and as described in the Terms & Conditions. Recurring services renew until cancelled.

You agree to our Acceptable Use Policy.

Ownership of delivered work transfers on full payment, as described in our service terms. The GOOLTECH platform, brand, and underlying technology remain ours.

The Services rely on third parties (e.g. hosting, payment, AI, messaging providers). We are not liable for third-party outages or acts.

The Services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is limited as set out in our service terms and disclaimer.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach, non-payment, or unlawful use. You may stop using the Services at any time, subject to cancellation terms.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and disputes are subject to its courts.
