Clear steps, a written scope, no surprises. Here's what happens from your first message to launch day, and after.
Step 1
Send your brief
Tell us about your business, what you need and your budget. About five minutes, no account needed. POPIA consent is required.
Step 2
We review it
Every brief is read in full, usually within one business day. We may ask a few questions. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so honestly.
Step 3
Scope and quote
You get a written scope listing pages, features, timeline and a fixed price. Nothing is added later without your approval.
Step 4
Free preview (projects up to R15,000)
For projects up to R15,000, we build your preview before you pay anything. Pay once you're happy with it, or walk away owing nothing. Larger projects skip this step and go straight to a custom quote.
Step 5
Build
Once your approved preview is paid, or the deposit on a larger project, the build begins. Follow every stage in your dashboard and message us directly. You review the design and the finished site before launch, with revision rounds included.
Step 6
Launch and care
We launch, check everything on real devices and hand over your logins. Your hosting starts (websites include the first year free; other builds the first month), along with your care and growth plans if you've chosen them.
Revisions, plainly
Every package includes set revision rounds. A round is one list of feedback, sent together. Anything new is a change request, quoted before we start. That's how projects stay on time and on budget.
