Refund & Cancellation Policy

No payment is taken, so nothing is refundable.

Refundable in full (minus payment-processor fees) only if requested within 48 hours of payment and no work has begun. Once development starts, fees are non-refundable.

Cancel any time with 30 days' notice. The current cycle runs to its end date; no mid-cycle prorated refunds.

Domains and business email are non-refundable once registered or provisioned, except where the registrar permits.

Unspent, pass-through ad budget is refundable on cancellation, less the upcoming cycle's management fee.

Open a "Refund request" ticket at /support. The Super Admin reviews and responds within 5 business days.
